·         Researched and implemented Predictive dialer software to maintain and increase productivity while complying with new federal regulations.

·         Developed and integrated Web technologies to support marketing and customer service. Implemented e-mail and e-mail newsletter systems.

·         Contracted and assisted PCC software to develop what is now the best selling
sales and marketing software for the Timeshare industry.

·         Implemented and integrated a Predictive Dialer telemarketing system.

·         Assisted Sales and Marketing in introducing new products.

·         Implemented WAN technology that allows a cost effective out of state centralized reservation system. This technology was later adopted by PCC and is now an important part of their product line.

·         Implemented the RCC UNIX based software system. Later assisted in converting
the UNIX data to the PCC Windows Server environment.

·         Managed the installation of a 12 site Novell WAN.

·         Managed, organized and coordinated the transfer of electronic tax files from the
sites to: a processor in Georgia/bank in Chicago/IRS in Utah/returned to our central office with a digitally encoded approval within an 18 hour window.

·         Coordinated printing of approved tax forms and certified refund checks for delivery to remote sites with a total turnaround time of 1 day.
