sales and marketing software for the Timeshare industry.

Implemented and integrated a Predictive Dialer telemarketing system.

Assisted Sales and Marketing in introducing new products.

Implemented WAN technology that allows a cost effective out of state centralized reservation
system. This technology was later adopted by PCC and is now an important part of their product
line.

Implemented the RCC UNIX based software system. Later assisted in converting
the UNIX data to the PCC Windows Server environment.
